confessions of a pink eye
its been exactly 45 days since i last posted:
so here are 4.5 random things you didnt know happened to me in the last two and a bit months....
1. I fell in love with Regina Spektor. For real, this lady is bottled Russian genius. I shall post one of her vids here. (Yup. vids.)
2. I turned vegetarian. Hello alfalfa sprout goodness. Talk to me about this...im still hashing out the reasons for this decision to stop eating meat.
3. I became a member at freedomize toronto. And im really excited to belong somewhere again.
4. I woke up the other morning and couldnt open my eye...due to pink eye infestation. mmmmm...pusssssss. I would like to extend my thanks to whatever child gave me this lovely bacterial infection...Johnny, Adija, Sierra...my thanks.
4.5. Is dating "personalized prostitution"?...thoughts?...i read it on a wall at york and thought it was clever...but i dont know if i agree.
Currently Feeling: satirical. hungry.
Currently Listening: Pedro the Lion.
Current Feeling in Limbs: Foot asleep.
Currently Need/Want: a jello shooter.

aaand Jenna makes a comeback. I really hate that we haven't talked since you went off protesting. I really want to hear all about it and this vegetarian business. As for "personalized prostitution" I think it's an interesting term but it really shows society's approach to dating. I think the assumption here is that dating involves sex but that's not true for everyone. However, prostitution also includes using one's talents or abilities for an unworthy use or cause - in that sense I think you could put many people into that category.
Um, pink eye is gross and I will hopefully see you soon. If you get bored waiting for your exams to start write me a long juicy email so that when I'm done my exams I can read it and then reply while you do your exams and by the time we're both done we should be on roughly the same page and set to go out for an evening of fun under the lights.

You're just the greatest. I have been waiting for you to post something for a long while now. perhaps you have taken my veggie goodness, as i seem to have decreased my veggie intake (probably due to the fact that despite all of my efforts, I simply cannot make a to-go sandwhich that doesn't end up soggy....ewww, sog factor). No comment on the personalized prostitution, other than it made me laugh, and perhaps I will have a brainwave at 2 in the morning, and it will make it into my book, which i have started by the way. much love, mucho amore, beaucoup d'amour pour la belle Jenna.

Vegetarian??????????????????????????????????????? What the FFFuntimes are you thinging about? There is not fun in vegetarian like theres no nick in popular or good hairstyle for that matter. However I do kinda dig the whole my farts won't stink as bad aspect, its kinda hot! YAAAAAA
Jenna!!! Welcome to the wonderful world of vegetables. And as for a soggy sandwich solution, Kat, I've got it for you. Quite simply, toast your bread. It works brilliantly. I am also deeply enjoying bringing wraps but the key to those is to make the filling (all sorts of different chopped veggies and yes sprouts indeed) and put it in a tupperware container (or as Kris would call it: "tuppie" ???) and assemble your wrap whenever lunch calls. For whatever it's worth, you're free to e-mail me if you want any recipe ideas. I have a whole Word document cookbook I've assembled with vegan recipes. I know John, you share my love for "greens" but I've got to rejoice with Jenna on this one. So Jenna, welcome to a whole new level of healthiness and wonderfulness and yes FUN!!
